MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Motor Nozzle is made of tungsten carbide materials (Super hard alloy) and heat treatment carbon steel which there is a low friction coefficient, flexural strength, wear resistance and the special shape. These kinds of products are widely used in the coil winding of the stators and rotors in series, cooling fans, micro-motor and the motor industries. The tungsten carbide motor nozzle is precision ground through 12 processes, which is resistant to bending and wear resistance, and the mirror surface finish of the inner hole is excellent. The R-angle design of the scientific entry and exit port does not damage the thread or jam it. Production time is about 5-8 working days.
